I have to be honest, I don’t see any reason for an announcement with new news.

it’s unlikely they will do much until the vote is done.

website to launch yes, but really is that truly announcement worthy? Even if they do, it’s not new news or anything that should move the share price significantly.

the SP moves at the moment I think was the capital raise playing out, and then now a genuine re-rate as big players get set and also the unique situation of the board tussle and stacking the votes.

once the new board is confirmed, THEN I would expect things to move quickly with newsflow on their BNPL rollout plans, lots of fin marketing and press releases etc which will push the SP up further. After the de-risking small cap funds etc will be able to start getting on board.

in the meantime I’m glad to have got set early
