Completion of A$1.5 million Capital Raising In Heavily
Over-Subscribed Placement
Highlights:
Fatfish raises A$1.5 million at A$0.015 per ordinary share, in a heavily oversubscribed placement
There was in excess of A$7 million bid for Fatfish shares from a number of
funds, sophisticated investors and existing shareholders
Peak Asset Management and CPS Capital acted as Leads of the Placement
Fund will be used for further development of existing tech ventures and
expansion into new ventures
