IOU are a BNPL company, 100% own all platforms and tech, with signed merchants and banks, and an existing fintech business that brings in circa $10mil a year.
FFG are a small broker, that own 20% in Smartfunding which due to its model will see very little revenue, given all risk and funding is provided by third party debtors, as well as other small % in other small companies.
You cannot compare FFG to any BNPL companies because they are not even a BNPL company to start with....no one can really know what they are with this level of disclosure
