In relation to that debt, one portion (smaller portion) $460k will be paid off by May 22. The greater portion of the debt is a $1.8m loan (paid off within 4 years at current instalment rate) is from the CEO who also owns 30% of the business (is always buying more shares) and will very likely be renting a premises to HT8 very soon. This would normally scare me relying on someone so heavily but given the business is in a "Growth Story" as Stockfella likes to remind me and all projections has this continuing to increase quarter on quarter, year on year.
Garrison appears to have a passion and a desire to make this business work, is very quick to respond and has been very friendly in every interaction I've had with him. I feel comfortable in continuing with my investment and increasing when I have capacity.
$1 club, we can only hope.... maybe one day. I believe the the current SP is well under valued given our yearly revenue and future outlook.
