Every movement of a major shareholder buy or sell has to be communicated with the ASX (see 'change in substantial holding' ) and I doubt a CEO is suddenly gonna turncoat and play 'pennystock trader' on his own company for a few measly pips, never mind the fact that the current price is half of its 12month high (which might I add was achieved off of no news).
It's quiet. Enjoy the quiet. This company doesn't need constant pumps and announcements and trading halts and manipulation. There's a dozen other companies doing that right now and they'll come and go during this steady growth phase.
