I will remain curious as to whether the trend towards on-line shopping continues or whether the "opening up" from lockdowns will reduce the on-line demand.
One issue that has arisen is that the transport available to move and deliver purchases made on-line has proven less than capable to take up the extra demand. Wil people now revert back to in-store shopping as a result?
Any ideas on that front?
