The only explanation for the distorted pricing in AMP is that the 'value substracted' is already in affect, so when the new shares hit the market AMP sits at this level and whatever the value is on Collimate I say $1bn-$1.3bn or $0.30c/$2.40 (1-8)
$1.30-$1.40 for both listed companies combined which takes it to the level of CEO flip flop day
