Well it looks like we have almost come to the end of this chapter of the shit-fight thats going on between BTU, F&B and the others.

Judging by what the Westport news is reporting things may not have gone quite according to plan for us but i'm still hopeful that it will go our way ... then we wait for the appeal I guess ... I can't however see how a decision can be made before the climate change case has gone ahead again?

Sick to death of the waiting now, makes me want to go home and give Debs a tour of the coast ... to the places the tourists don't see so she can get an idea of whats riding on this mine going ahead.

Heres hoping common sense is triumphant this time and the brakes are put on anymore appeals.
