Q. Some ISPs won’t count Netflix as part of your usage quota, will this be the case when accessing Netflix using Getflix?
A. We’ve seen some Australian ISPs advertise that Netflix streaming will not be counted as part of your usage quota. They explicitly say that this is for Australian Netflix content only. So it’s likely that if you use Getflix to access international regions, streaming will be counted towards your quota (as it is today). If you use Getflix to access the local Netflix region, we’re hopeful that this will be quota free (if your ISP supports it). We will be testing this as soon as the service launches to confirm.
