I am curious to that as well if I am honest. If anyone can answer that i would appreciate it.

Like many holders on here, I am just waiting for tomorrows report (hopefully it does actually land), and to find out what the ASIC / ASX referral comes back with.

The optimist in me says its about the non-disclosure of shares, they get a fine, we move on wait a while and the share price does its bit. The pessimist in me says we're all fooked...ha!

I do see absolute value in this company, they are making money whether its clients are taking out loans or not - that's just financing, and I see no issue in that. And being a media & advertising professional, I see the market for it too.

Logically speaking, I don't see how people of the stature they have on the board would be involved if they saw something dodgy. And being on Apple TV, Sky News, etc - again, logically, this would not happen if this was all fake.
