yeah, but Big haven't borrowed anything - its their customers borrowing, hence why i am not too concerned about the FC Financing - I don't see it as a comparison.

But hey, if I am wrong and this all goes to zero, as you say, its only money....I clearly don't want to lose it, but I will at least learn a lesson which in itself is valuable....I guess....

True to say ASIC aren't looking for spelling mistakes, but we actually don;t know what they are looking at. Motley fool thinks its the undisclosed shares (which I would tend to agree - but they did admit to that) and the 24% paid to FC, so maybe there is something in that. Who knows. I'd just like it to come out of suspension so we can end this mass-debating...

for disclosure, I have changed my sentiment to hold - will wait and see what happens.
