ASIC have been a toothless tiger in the past when attending to many criminal actions imo. I think that they should exist to keep things in check but expect some consistency. If BIG did anything wrong call them out but then trawl through the ASX and find all of the breaches rather than picking on one co that a newspaper had a vendetta against. They need to do random audits or something. Anything is better than a series of newspaper led witch hunts.
