Correct as I mentioned already all these allegations against BIG by AFR was made before the TH and suspension. Market had already priced all of these scenarios in, be it to quite an extreme level.
With questions now answered and pending getting the okay from ASX/ASIC common sense says that market will value BIG at a higher SP then lower since there would be less uncertainty in my opinion.
