$1 question to all biotech gurus out there (because depending on the answers/outcome Patrys may become a $1 sp company sooner rather then later)...
IF the combo trial with Onyx delivers outstanding results are we able to go straight into market on the back of Onyx drug?..?..catch a ride piggy back style with carfilzomib?...or will we have to do more trials?..?
their drug is already fully approved and is being sold...we have 100% safety and brilliant efficacy data up to date...
I believe this trial will be the making (or breaking) of us short term....because even if a combo is a flop (can't imagine why it would be so) we will still persevere on our own or we will be looking at other combos...but it may take more time to get to market...
said that, when it finally starts (the trial) it will be super fast...those treatments do not take months on end...they can see results in couple of weeks just about - it works or it doesn't...a month or a month and a half max...
thoughts/comments anyone?
