Are you guys serious?
We've already seen the share price above $1, and will again before the end of 2007. There has been a steady series of announcements, as they are warranted. There will be more news in mid-late October (if not sooner) followed by the Sept quarterly.
As for going overseas, why wouldn't you, especially for a quality project in a stable and mature jurisdiction such as Canada. Australia is not the only mining region in the world, and it beats the hell out of fighting unstable governments and headhunters in some African and Asian areas.
Show some patience.
