the only reason the price is where it is, is cause at the moment, not enough information on park city is out there...It's all hush hush at the moment until austin sign on the dotted line.I'd say most people dont even no that the Park City Prospect has been being developed for a number of years under David schuette and Co.This has been going on before austin exploration was a company..Been doing abit of research and really when You put all the pieces together, it a rather large project thats been going on..i mean 25miles of pipe and a new plant built for it is no little thing...The only reason I can come up with as to why Dms dont hang on to this project themselves, is that Schuette and co probably stand to make alot more out of it by signing over to austin than keeping it themselves.who knows.. Im probably way off track but we should know alot more soon..
