I think the terms will be acceptable. We have probably put all IP and tangible assets up as collatoral. Dont think it will be at a miracle level price, but hopefully they will be charging based on the quality of collatoral rather than our company risk.
What might be very interesting is what this capital could be used for. To me, Patterson is not the kind of person that will want to sit back and wait for the current portfolio to deliver as promised. I would not be surprised to see an expansion play either through acquisition or doubling down on R&D.
Lee was out of his depth. For Patterson this is childs play.
