i called it a few months back that without a major distributor for Hills competitor SMA they will eventually close down, Apparently Assa Abloy owned SMA will be shutting their doors 30th of this month which should mean more business for Hills?
    But..
I have been told by someone in the industry that a new entity has taken over SMA and secured all locations and staff? can anyone confirm if this is the case?

I have also heard that Hills distribution agreement to secure Interlogix solely is one that cannot be achieved, apparently the number on the contract has never in Hill's history been acheieved?
    can anyone confirm that?
