WOLFXIN The benefits of the 1.12 offer is for existing shareholders....Look at it this way..........If I HAVE 200.000 SHARES I am entitled to 16667 shares at 60cents ie $10000 If I want a quick return you sell for say 80 cents and pocket a quick return of $3333....

I suggest $3333 return for an outlay of $10.000 is good ...but hang on for the ride and look at the extra profits to be made.............
