both the seller and buyer is in control of the prices they offer to the market.
Buyers are currently reluctant to offer too big a premium over the 8 cent mark while some are selling a portion of their holdings to make a half a cent profit.
I can't be bothered mucking around with chump change but to some, if they can make a few hundred in profit then they will take the opportunity.
This will change the closer we get to results time.
Just my opinion.
