Maybe today people are trying to get a few more at not too high a premium as they get the chance to purchase 1 for every 17 @ 8cents. Tomorrow it may crash as people try to sell some at 8.5 or higher to pay for their issued shares @ 8.
Me, I'm still trying to raise the cash and not look at the price until November
