    Only one problem I see there Doug...these guys get their performance based shares as the share price increases.Will this then mean,they are then issued those shares?

    This is not fair to us share holders that paid for our shares.
    Their entitlement would need to increase at 1 to 20 to keep it fair.

    Any one clued up on how will all work?
