    I assumed that the consolidation then affects the options because they are an "option" to a share specified at the time that is then to be 1/20 after consolidation i.e. not the same share. It would have been addressed in law (I hope) because consolidations are not that uncommon and this aspect would be a good lurk if not controlled.
