    raising 2.3m. had about 3m in bank at Dec'07 and spending 1.5m per quarter. wonder whether it is underwritten and who the underwriters are (if so?).

    they still are saying they are focussed on diamonds.

    not sure what this says about the marine phosphate projects. the phosphate price is now $400/t so if it not going to be viable at this price it never will be.
