With the recent CR and dilution of their overall entry price (the 4 major players), all 4 are hurting (or their shareholders are hurting)...

No matter how they divvy up the assets, all 4 major shareholders need to agree to it. Us "Mums and dads" don't have much say...But it will be difficult to continue to write-off anything further; given the recent "conservative" valuations - see MarkieMills' analysis from a week or so ago.

As widely predicted, the 25 basis point rate cut will certainly help everyone (and FKP)...

Let's just continue biting our nails until the retirement vehicle is built...

All this 'bad' news is kind of 'good' news...It's just like me in my job - under-promise and over-delivery...
