Well said ASF , mind boggling that this story just continues to get worse . If i could find 1 shread of rubbish on this company i would have never invested . Still to this day with all the multiple posters no one has any significant mud to throw. The only thing i think may be a worry is the development of Gasworks , from memory that project is a $2 billion investment. but the developer (FKP) only has a petty $400 mil capitalisation. Maybe people do not want to invest in small companys with huge pipework of future projects .
It seems Mr Lee is comfortable with the scale of gasworks, and the progress to date , he had a opportunity to sell a stake to cromwell but his team changed their minds.


Also reports have surfaced that a 2 speed economy is starting to emerge in property , Obviously mass domestic housing stagnet speed 1 and business real estate speed 2.
My way of thinking is that retirement would have to be the most secure out of the lot,
