Next week in NZ Metlifecare (FKP) and Sommerset Retirement will enter the NZX50.

Note the surge in share price after the merger in June/ July.

MET is now valued at their NTA (NTA = $3.04, SP = $3.06).

Agree that everything possible has been done/ occurred that could smash the FKP SP to this point -

(1) Asset writedown
(2) Highly discounted capital raising
(3) Cutting the dividend payment
(4) Consolidation of shares (rarely does this go well ST)

Now it's time to execute the separation strategy at pace and unlock the value in both sides of the business.
