Clime Capital Limited doesn't seem to be a bad little company.

I jumped aboard only recently after Insider Info's post regarding the upcoming spp/dividend/bonus issue.

You are unable to participate in the companies spp but you are still very much able to take advantage of the 2 cent fully franked dividend and 1 free share for 12 shares held, bonus issue.

I have not got a lot of information on the company other than this type of broad company overview:

Clime Capital Limited is an investment company incorporated in Australia. The Fund aims to preserve and protect the capital of the company, achieve long-term growth of capital and dividends without taking excessive or unnecessary risks, and to deliver a secure income stream in the form of fully franked dividends. The Fund invests in the equity securities of Australian industrial companies.

Dividend payment / DRP share issue date - Thursday 13 April 2006

Shares expected to trade cum-bonus until - Thursday 13 April 2006

Shares expected to trade ex-bonus from - Tuesday 18 April 2006

Record date to establish bonus entitlement - Monday 24 April 2006

Bonus share issue date - Thursday 27 April 2006

I'm in for all 3, spp- sending my cheque today/dividend/bonus issue.
