US FED to drop 3 times in 24. NOT the RBA. We were slower to the party of rising interest rates, we increased at a slower rate, and we have potentially more entrenched inflation.
Fed rate: 5.25% off RBA rate: 4.35
Much less room the the RBA drop compared to the FED.
Having said this, AMP desperately needs those rates down due its inefficiently in attracting low interest rate deposits, so AMP bank getting more squeezed than the big 4
