Where basically in Jan so month and bit to go, I'm trying to slowly build a position as I believe others will before BB and divi.
I'm looking at it this way, severe discount to valuation(not earnings) basically worst house in the best street type scenario. Ok divi and ride the BB wave. I think odds stacked on anyone buying here.
By the time I build a position Feb will be around the corner.
