If the ex shareholders who had bought AMP shares during AMP charged fees for No Service and sold during the same condition (AMP charged fees for No Service) days, are included the shareholders class action,and the agreement to pay $110m is not absolutely final,the trading losses of these shareholdes' portion in $110m must be deducted from $110m.
Because these shareholders did not lose from inflated share price by fees for No Service(This is an important condition change).
They had bought shares of inflated price and sold shares of inflated price too.
