fair enough TT, a cap return could mean a special div, but looking at their track record it's more likely to be a buy back, and I agree they don't have a good track record with buy backs, I was a critic when they were buying around 1.20 because I knew they would get a better entry point, buying below $1 does represent good value for SH in my view, but will they get the chance?
