Yes speculate we will...not much else to do until we have the facts.
Since Shell are looking to invest some $32 billion (US) in 2009 to create their industry-leading portfolio, I still think there is still a fair chance that they will cough up some $. I do not believe the Nexus investor centre have any further knowledge as the suits are still doing due diligence.
Unfortunately for us punters we just have to wait!
