This has to be AC/P41 .. Joint Venture "Partners", Shell, Mitsui.
If it refered to Crux it would be "partner".
Will have a guess and predict 15% (all) of their P41 asset for $70mil and debt (warrants) $30mil .. = $100mil.

c) GOING CONCERN
The current economic environment of low and volatile commodity prices, difficult conditions for asset divestments
and tight credit markets present significant risks to the consolidated entity’s ongoing ability to fund its capital expenditures. Whilst the Directors have undertaken a thorough review of all operations, instituted measures to
defer capital projects and expenditures and reduce running costs in order to preserve cash, there are still material uncertainties over the future operating results and cash flows. The Company is undertaking a process to divest interests in certain assets to raise additional funding and to negotiate with certain suppliers for reductions in commitments. The Company has received conditional offers in the order of $100 million in total as follows:
• An offer to purchase an interest in an exploration permit. The sale and purchase agreement is not yet executed and contains a condition that needs to be met by other joint venture "PARTNERS". However, should the conditions be met, it could be settled in the near term and would make a significant contribution to short term cash flow.
• Debt secured over Crux to be received by the second quarter 2009 plus the issue of warrants over ordinary shares of the Company as part of a financing package. An offer has been received for an initial amount subject to the completion of due diligence.

Something still maybe brewing with the "Main" event! .. we hope!
