Shouldn't mistake luck and fortunate timing with hard work and genius.

Anyway, it might sound like I am against property or envious of people who have done well in property or in life or whatever. Just simply observing that the current property bubble is not going to end well; that and maybe we shouldn't blame those who struggle to afford a property as somehow not working hard enough or want too much.
