    I didn't mention genius or hard work.
    History shows that my property purchases were smart moves.
    If the future shows that the latest one was not smart I will own up to that.
    But luck has nothing to do with it, you make your own luck in life and sitting on the sidelines hoping for a crash is one strategy. Mine was the opposite.

    As for hard work, your not really in a position to judge me on that, are you?

    I posted my story so that some out there reading this forum have a balanced view of what is possible versus the bubble theory. And that is all it is, a theory. I for one think Sydney prices are currently too high, but I thought that 12 years ago too. And then interest rates went to 9+%, surely that would have burst the bubble? No. It didn't.
