Plus you didn't answer my question... If people with median wealth aren't buying median priced properties, who is?

Don't just post a reply about how you are not taking cracks at people or envious or whatever...
Consider the point, and decide for yourself if it makes sense. Then consider how those people obtained median wealth.
If you don't agree then post reasons why. You know, have a discussion about it.
