Two key definition there. Makes more sense to get the average of those considered in the middle. Or you want the exact middle? I only have google so please do us a favour and pull that stats from somewhere.
As I understand you, you said that only those of median wealth buy median-priced houses.
So the Median Wealth of that median Australia, OK, in Sydney or Melbourne only... is $800 to $1.1M?
The ABS defined those in the high wealth part of the curve as averaging $2.5M. Those on the low wealth as $35k in wealth - probably a car and a few avocado trees out in the yard
