So you're saying that richer people are in a better position when it comes to buying stuff?

I don't know, maybe people are of median wealth because they are not so keen on property as an investment. Some might see property as housing... a nice and comfortable place to call home. Some might see that maybe that home and another property for legally avoiding tax is enough... the rest they can gain higher returns on stocks or at the casinos.

Anyway, just put it down to me being thick that I don't understand your reasoning about median wealth buying median housing.
