Lets face it that's the way economics is done today -- look at government budgets --they are all based on the dream scenario, IE what could be, might be, hopefully is, reality doesn't come into it.

When I was in business you based your future income on about 75% of what you got last year, and that was the absolute maximum, not any more, they base it on dreams of the perfect world
