And i have even add dots for some kids, who as you say are already 23yrs and may already own. Bare in mind not all thsie kids will every own as is the case for the other generations.

The discussion was what will happen when Baby boomers sell.

My answer is that there is a larger group (plus 72% of another generation) preparing to buy them.

You have an uncanny knack of writing a lot but not making a good point...
