if the investors pull out of the market...what happens to the renters....do they buy....or do you assume other investors will take over
when negative gearing was stopped under keating...they turned it back, since they had a huge problem with lack of rental properties
what % invest in the stock market...and lose a stack all those superfunds which predominately invest in stocks hold the investments for the majority all that compulsory super money is mainly held in stocks
probably about 50% of investors funds are invested in stocks...
