Long term it is a downtrend, but on a shorter time frame, there is higher lows. For those that want the trend absolutely confirmed, wait for confirmation of a higher high above 1.80, but you miss a lot of action. I prefer to catch the meaty bits by entering earlier at supports etc using a low risk strategy with short stops.
