I assume this means NEA has agreed or is required to respond to summons by 1st June.
By now some of fund manager's patent attorneys will have looked at the case and given an opinion.
Based on the SP traction and the buyers (1.8m) vs sellers (1.3m) is the best I've seen in ages,
my guess is the opinions are saying NEA has a strong case.(EV case is weak).
