There has to be some movement in the spot soon if longer contracts are being sold above. A lot of the spot is in the US, at Fluor, after they got the payment for an old nuke site/storage paddock clean up in UF6. The demand is in Asia and Europe. Arbs will buy, move and sell on contract soon, because ATM its very much worth their while, even though utilities prefer the U03. The spot market is getting tight, just need the spark.
