Yeah looks that way, plus they can hopefully now sell the associated Moolap property. They had an agreement to sell it for $500,000 which fell through a few months ago (I'd assume due to this liability now sorted).
Should get the cash back near 8m.
See what happens, I'm just happy to see something progressing while we are in suspension.
