re: 1 million crossed at 2.07 still 4c abitrage I interpret this as the reserve was cut by 37% which means that TLW cannot use the 50% drop (which I take is reference to the reserve and not the production as per phase one) as an escape clause.
If this is true then it is good news because the likelyhood of TLW pulling out is extremely low due to the large penalty of 140 mil). We'll have then a floor price of 2.02 with upside possibilities. Almost an Option with no down side!
