    Some stark words regarding operating as a going concern are in the report. If the Sinopec deal does not go through then these guys will go to the wall.

    Its interesting that nowhere does it ever state the price of the Sinopec deal.

    It seems that this has not yet been agreed, else it would have been stated many times over. Curious that.
