    Waiting to read the fine print of the deal. Agree that it would have been nice to have more detail earlier. However, i don't expect the deal to fall over.

    All we have so far is asset for sale is worth $600M and then later on, that it is a cash deal. Will have to wait to see if it is $600M cash.
