How many users do you think they will need to have acquired (and ideally keep active) to value the company at $1.80?
As a benchmark (and I don't personally think the odds of a Viber priced acquisition is likely, but its the easiest data to compare) Viber paid $900 million for 300 million users in 2014. $1.80 a share would give ZIP a market cap of over $130 million so at minimum they would need over 40 million users on that valuation basis.
A big call in my view, all the stars would need to align + continued good management to pull that off.
